Terms of Service

Welcome to ENSCON (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Please read the following terms carefully before using the Service. By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
ENSCON provides AI-powered website building services, including but not limited to:
- AI-generated professional websites
- Content Management System (CMS)
- Website hosting and maintenance
- AI layout adjustment features
- Custom domain binding
2. Account & Security
- You must provide a valid email address to register an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and must not share your account with third parties.
- If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts upon discovery of violations.
3. Subscription Plans & Payment
3.1 Plan Types
- Free Plan: Try the Demo and save website drafts. Websites include an ENSCON watermark.
- Paid Plans (Lite / Standard / Flagship): Full features with no watermark, including CMS editing, custom pages, and more.
3.2 Billing
- Paid plans are subscription-based, with monthly or annual billing options.
- Annual plans come with a discount and require upfront payment for the full year.
- Subscriptions auto-renew upon expiration unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust plan pricing. Price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle, with 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscriptions are not affected during the current billing period.
3.4 Refund Policy
7-Day Unconditional Refund
Within 7 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied.
After 7 days, fees already paid are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Create websites containing illegal, pornographic, hate speech, fraudulent, or infringing content
- Use the Service to send spam or conduct cyberattacks
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Service
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Violate the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or international regulations
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service
Violation of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination, with no refund of fees already paid.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
The intellectual property rights to website content you create through the Service (text, images, brand assets, etc.) remain yours.
5.2 ENSCON's Service
The intellectual property rights to the Service's source code, design systems, AI models, brand marks, and related assets belong to ENSCON. During your active subscription, you are granted a license to use these tools to build and manage your website.
5.3 AI-Generated Content
For website designs, copy, and layouts automatically generated by AI, the usage rights belong to you once published on your website. However, due to the nature of AI-generated content, we do not guarantee its uniqueness or non-infringement.
6. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime but do not guarantee absolute availability.
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
- Downtime caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, third-party service outages) is beyond our responsibility.
7. Data Backup
- We perform daily automatic backups of your website data.
- For data restoration, please contact our technical support team.
- We recommend that you regularly back up important content on your own.
8. Service Termination
8.1 Cancellation by You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After cancellation, your website data will be retained for 90 days, during which you may resubscribe to restore it.
- After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
8.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate your service under the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Acceptable Use terms
- Consecutive payment failures that remain unresolved
- Prolonged inactivity (no login for more than 12 months)
Prior to termination, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be completely error-free or uninterrupted
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content
- We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months
10. Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
- Both parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, the Pingtung District Court of Taiwan shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or website announcement. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
